Processing Time

All orders are handmade and prepared with care.

  • In-stock items: ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order pieces: require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.
    Processing times may vary during busy periods, and any delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the UK. Orders under £80 incur a shipping fee of £5.99, while orders over £80 qualify for free shipping.

Packaging

All pottery is packed using protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery. Each item is checked and photographed before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at dtpotterystudio@gmail.com and we will assist in initiating a courier investigation.

Refund & Return Policy

General Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or slight variations in colour, shape, or finish. These characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade pottery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at dtpotterystudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
    After reviewing the claim, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

  • Sale items

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original method of payment.
